Choose your stack before the queue

The site plan tells you where a stack is. It does not tell you what the window looks at from the 8th floor, or whether the block next door takes your afternoon sun. The Unit Selector puts every stack of a launch in 3D on the real map, next to the buildings around it at their real heights, and works out the view and the sun for any storey.

What it shows for each stack and storey

• The compass direction the living room and bedrooms face.
• The first building straight ahead, how far away it is, and the lowest storey that sees over it.
• Hours of direct sun on the window for any date, after shading by other buildings, and the months it takes the afternoon sun.
• Ground shadows for any time of day, so you can see which blocks shade the pool or the neighbours.

It uses the same solar model as the Sun Path & Facing Calculator. Geometry is traced from the developer’s site plan, so it is accurate to a few metres, not to the millimetre; each project page lists its sources and limits.
