TRIBE was built around a thesis: that Singapore property advice has been hostage to glossy brochures and prestige PSF for too long, and that there's a market — quiet but growing — for buyers who want the math instead of the marketing.

Two founders, two complementary edges. Silas brings the banker-trained financial diligence — five years inside OCBC's mortgage division reading deals as financing structures, not listings. Hao Feng brings the client-facing depth and Singapore market reading that comes from running real transactions, week after week. Together they're building the agent operating system they wished existed when they were the ones buying.

TRIBE operates under Huttons Asia — established licensing, indemnity, infrastructure — but runs its own playbook, its own brand, and its own scoring frameworks. The team grades every resale condo in Singapore on the same seven factors, publishes the methodology in full, and takes no developer money to bias the results.
