We built TRIBE on one belief: Singapore property advice has leaned on glossy brochures and prestige PSF for too long, and a quiet but growing group of buyers wants the math instead of the marketing.

Two founders, two complementary edges. Silas brings banker-trained financial diligence from five years inside OCBC's mortgage division, where he read deals as financing structures rather than listings. Hao Feng brings client-facing depth and a Singapore market read built on running real transactions week after week. Together they're building the tools they wished they'd had as buyers themselves.

TRIBE operates under Huttons Asia's licensing, indemnity, and infrastructure, but runs its own playbook, brand, and scoring frameworks. The team grades every resale condo in Singapore on the same seven factors, publishes the methodology in full, and takes no developer money that could bias the results.
