Unit Selector: choose your stack before you buy

The site plan shows where a stack is. It does not show what the window looks at from the 8th floor, or whether the block next door takes your afternoon sun. The Unit Selector does: every stack of a new launch, resale condo or HDB estate in 3D on the real map, with the view and the sun worked out for any storey.

Singapore new, resale and HDB projects with a Unit Selector

55 launches so far, 121 completed condos for resale buyers, and 13 HDB estates. More are added as their site plans are released. Want one added? WhatsApp us the project name.

What it shows for each stack and storey

  • Site plan of one tower with each stack numbered and an arrow pointing out of its main facade
Site plan view: Block 1, Thomson Reserve

    Which way it faces

The compass direction the living room and bedrooms face.

  • View from an eighth-storey window across a pool and lawn to two 30-storey towers, each building tagged with its name and distance
Window view: stack 37, storey 8, Thomson Reserve

    What the window looks at

Stand at the window of any home and look out, with every building at its real height and distance.

The first building straight ahead, how far away it is, and the lowest storey that sees over it.

  • 3D map of the towers casting long morning shadows across the neighbouring blocks
3D map: shadows at 8.30am on 21 December

    Sun and shadow

Hours of direct sun on the window for any date, after shading by other buildings, and the months it takes the afternoon sun.

Ground shadows for any time of day, so you can see which blocks shade the pool or the neighbours.

It uses the same solar model as the Sun Path & Facing Calculator. Geometry is traced from the developer’s site plan, so it is accurate to a few metres, not to the millimetre; each project page lists its sources and limits.
