Penrith Unit Selector

District 3 · 462 homes · 99-year leasehold · Launched October 2025

Artist's impression: Hong Leong Holdings, Hong Realty and GuocoLand

All 12 stacks of Penrith (70 and 72 Margaret Drive, District 3, 462 homes, 99-year leasehold) in 3D on the real map, next to the buildings around them at their real heights. Pick a stack and a storey to see which way it faces, what the window looks at, and how many hours of sun reach it once the neighbouring blocks are counted.

Loading 3D map…

Every home is drawn floor by floor, coloured by unit type, in the same colours as the developer’s site plan. Tap a stack or its number to pick it. Drag to move the map; hold Ctrl or Command and drag (or right-drag) to turn and tilt it. On a phone, two fingers move, twist and tilt it, and one finger does in full screen. Zoom in to see every stack number. Navy: your stack. Orange: your storey. Dashed gold line: the view straight out of the window. Dark patches: shadows of the taller buildings at 15:00 on 1/10.

Every stack at a glance

Computed for the middle storey of each tower (storey 20 in the 40-storey blocks). Sun columns are hours of direct sun on the window on 21 June and 21 December after shading by other buildings; “Afternoon sun” lists the months with an hour or more after 2pm. Open the tool for any other storey or date.

Frequently asked questions

Which Penrith stacks avoid the afternoon sun?
No stack avoids the afternoon sun in every month at mid-height; use the tool to compare storeys.
Which Penrith stacks take the afternoon sun most of the year?
No stack takes the afternoon sun in ten or more months at mid-height.
Which Penrith stacks have the most open view?
At mid-height, 3 stacks have all nine sight lines across the window (±40° of the facing) clear of any building as tall as the window within 400 m: #03, #04, #05.
Which Penrith stacks look straight at another block?
#01 faces Block 72 68 m away; #02 faces Block 72 68 m away; #06 faces Block 72 67 m away; #09 faces Block 70 68 m away; #10 faces Block 70 69 m away; #11 faces Block 70 66 m away. Each of those buildings is at least as tall as the stack facing it, so no storey looks over it.
Which Penrith stacks face a pool?
Swimming Pool Zone: #01, #02, #06, #09, #10, #11. A stack counts when at least a quarter of the sight lines across its window reach the water before another tower.
Which Penrith stacks face a road?
Margaret Drive: #03, #04, #05. These have the road within 80 m straight ahead with no other tower of the project in between.

How this is worked out, and its limits

Where the stacks are. Each stack’s outline is traced from the developer’s site plan and fitted to the land parcel on the map. Expect positions within a few metres and bearings within a few degrees. Unit types come from the colour the site plan gives each stack and add up to the published unit mix, and the map uses those same colours; 12 of the 12stacks are also named on the developer’s floor plans, and all of those match.

Facing. The facing is the side the living room and balcony are on, read from the developer’s floor plan for each of the 12 stacks. End and corner homes also have bedroom windows on a second side, which the tool does not model.

What it looks onto. The pools, lawns, courts and pavilions are read off the developer’s site plan and placed on the map with the same fit as the stacks, so they are right to within a few metres. A stack “looks onto” a pool when at least a quarter of 17 sight lines across its window (40° either side of the facing) reach the water before another tower of the project. It “faces out of the estate” when the site boundary is within 50 m straight ahead. Facility names and positions are the developer’s and can change before completion.

Heights. Towers use the developer’s storey counts at an assumed 3.2 m per storey. HDB blocks use HDB’s highest-storey records; other buildings use their storey count or a typical height for their type. Every building is modelled as its footprint raised straight up: no roofs, balconies, trees or slopes.

Sun. The same solar model as the Sun Path & Facing Calculator, checked to within about three minutes, with a building in the way counted as shade. The window is a point at mid-storey height on the middle of the outside wall. Balconies, overhangs and cloud cut real sun further, so read the hours as a ceiling.

Prices. Prices are the developer’s price list by unit type, as at 1 Oct 2026: the lowest and highest asking price for each type, not a price for one home. Floor plans and anything the developer has not published are not shown. Details are as at 2026-10-01 and can change.
