This page explains, in plain English, what personal data this site collects, why, and the choices you have — in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, mobile number, email address, enquiry type, and message. Beyond that, the site records basic usage analytics — pages visited and approximate device and browser information — to understand how it is used.

How we use it

Three purposes: to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a consultation where you ask for one, and to improve the site. We do not use your details for anything unrelated to what you contacted us about.

Consent — and withdrawing it

We contact you only after you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us via the contact form or by calling +65 6901 2192. Once you do, we stop using your data for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Only as long as it is needed for your enquiry, or for the client relationship that follows from it. Data that no longer serves either purpose is removed.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site for us — hosting and database infrastructure — process data solely to provide those services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your details to third parties for their marketing.

Third-party links

Links that open WhatsApp or Telegram hand you over to those platforms, which operate under their own privacy policies. This policy covers tribesg.com only.

Access and correction

You may ask what personal data of yours we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Reach us via the contact form or at +65 6901 2192 and we will respond as the PDPA requires.

Changes to this policy

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
