I graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore, and I’m a licensed valuer — I started my career in property valuation before moving into banking.
For the last 14 years I’ve been with several leading banks in Singapore doing mortgage loans — most recently as Vice President, Mortgage Loans at UOB, and before that Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Sales at HSBC. On my own, I’ve handled more than S$3 billion in loans for my clients.
