    Transformation on the map

24 plans from URA's Master Plan and LTA's rail projects. Each links to its official page.

    • Mount Pleasant Under development. A new HDB-led estate on the Old Police Academy site, keeping its conserved buildings, with its own Thomson-East Coast Line station.
    • Kallang Alive Planned · in phases. The area around the Sports Hub becomes the national sports precinct, with a new indoor arena, a waterfront promenade and community sports spaces.
    • Bayshore Under development. A new car-lite neighbourhood beside East Coast Park with public and private homes, a central park and the Bayshore station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.
    • Sembawang Shipyard Planned · after 2028. When the shipyard winds down in 2028, the site becomes a mixed-use waterfront district with homes, promenades and reused maritime buildings.

    How to read the map

    • Pin colour is the project's grade: resale condos carry their Resale Project Scorecard grade, new launches their New Project Scorecard grade. S is the best grade and D the lowest. Grey means not graded yet. New launches carry a navy NEW tag (grey SOLD OUT once every home is sold). Zoomed out, S and A launches still selling show as diamonds and the rest join the numbered circles until you zoom in.
    • Zoomed out, nearby projects are gathered into a circle with a number: that is how many projects are there, and the coloured ring shows their grades. Tap the number to zoom in. Zoomed in, each pin shows its grade letter and the project's name.
    • “Near” search lists projects within 1 km in a straight line of the station or school pin — a guide for shortlisting, not the official P1 catchment (check that on OneMap's School Query). “Near me” does the same around where you are standing; your location stays on your device.
    • Pins are placed from OneMap geocodes of each project. A dashed pin is at street level because the building is not yet on OneMap. 99 projects have no reliable coordinates yet and are not on the map.
    • Transformation: shaded areas are URA growth areas, outlined from URA's Master Plan subzone boundaries (or the site's mapped outline where an area is not a subzone); thick coloured lines are MRT lines and the North-South Corridor being built, traced from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Contains information from URA's Master Plan 2019 Subzone Boundary from data.gov.sg, under the Singapore Open Data Licence. Outlines are a guide, not survey boundaries: check URA SPACE for the zoning of a plot. Plans as of 19 Oct 2026.
    • Each pin links to the project's TRIBE page and to PropertyGuru's own search for current listings; listings are not shown here.
